Carole Casale
Carole L. Casale, CPA (inactive), is the Chief Financial Officer of the Property Management Division of the Altman Management Company, Inc. In this capacity, she is responsible for all accounting and tax issues of the management operating companies. Mrs. Casale is involved in all aspects of financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, data processing and tax compliance. She supervises and reviews the work of a staff of CPA’s and other accounting personnel. She works closely with various accounting firms in overseeing the completion and filing of partnerships and corporations returns. Prior to joining Altman, Mrs. Casale was a Senior Accountant for the public accounting firm of Spear, Coyne and Co. LTD and more recently a Controller for Shafer Commercial Seating in Denver, Co. She graduated with honors from Bloomsburg University earning a B.S.B.A in Accounting. She is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
