Carol serves as Managing Partner of Relocation Strategies Atlanta. For 23+ years Carol has successfully led small and large teams in the startup, merger, acquisition, expansion and consolidation, and moving of small, medium and large businesses. Carol’s greatest strengths lie in the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings, improved efficiency, reduced risk, and increased effectiveness. Prior to Relocation Strategies Atlanta, Carol founded and was President/CEO for 13 years of successful Tri-Med Diagnostics, Inc., a woman-owned small business certified, medical instrumentation, supply and distribution company. Since then Carol has held several senior leadership roles as SVP Sales and Marketing, VP of Sales, National Sales Director, Regional Director, Director of Account Management, and Director of Strategic Business Alliances in both early stage startup and existing privately and publically held organizations. Carol has been recognized and awarded as a top sales producer, President’s Club winner, and leader on several sales platforms throughout her tenure. Most recently as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a healthcare startup and member of the executive team, she was responsible for the go-to-market strategy, launch, and day-to-day sales and marketing activities. Her extensive experience includes, strategic planning and scheduling, mergers and acquisitions, forecasting, P&L management, hiring top talent, sales and marketing, customer engagement and account management, HR management, vendor management, project management, IT and communications management, purchasing, logistics, contract and move management. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Physics from Purdue University and resides in North Atlanta with her husband and their two Goldendoodles.
