Carol has over twenty-five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Carol has been with The Goldenberg Group since 1998 where she oversees the day-to- day operations of five properties in the Bucks, Montgomery County and Philadelphia area, with a total of 2 million square feet of The Goldenberg Group’s nearly 6 million square foot total portfolio. Prior to joining The Goldenberg Group, Carol worked for Montgomery Group Affiliates and Pennmark where she specialized in paralegal work. Carol holds both a Pennsylvania Real Estate License and an ICSC Certified Senior Shopping Center Manager Accreditation (SCSM).
