In this role, Carmine is primarily focused on new business development, transaction execution, and client relationship management. He utilizes a skillset focused on market analysis, strategic planning, and customized real estate solutions in order to provide his clients with superior service and optimal results. Prior to joining CBRE, Carmine was employed by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank where he specialized in office tenant representation and was responsible for generating new business pursuits as well as servicing national corporate requirements with high levels of efficiency. Prior to his work at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Carmine built a strong foundation of business development skills working in the financial services industry. Presently, Carmine is responsible for the leasing of various trophy office assets in multiple Pittsburgh sub-markets. In addition to his role in agency brokerage, he actively sources and executes tenant representation and brokerage assignments for both local and national companies seeking real estate services in the Pittsburgh region.
