Carlos Lorente

Mr. Lorente joined the firm in 1993 with six years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. Prior to joining Wayne Mascia Associates, he was with the firm of Renault & Handley in Santa Clara and Palo Alto, CA. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Mr. Lorente held positions in purchasing management with Raychem Corporation for six years and positions in purchasing with Fairchild Semiconductor for five years. He is a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB). Mr. Lorente graduated from San Jose State University in 1975, having earned a BS in Business Administration with a marketing concentration and a minor in economics.
