Carlos Cruz

As part of the Asset Management Team, Carlos oversees the creation and implementation of asset-level business strategies aimed at optimizing the overall financial performance and ensuring best in class management of Vision’s portfolio. Carlos works closely with partners and lenders as well as oversees property management, accounting, leasing, and construction efforts ensuring all are aligned in executing the business plan. Carlos brings years of institutional real estate experience in Asset Management and Acquisitions. He has been a part of sourcing, underwriting, capitalizing, and closing transactions in the Multifamily, Office, and Industrial asset classes. Throughout his career, Carlos has been involved in over $250 million in acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining VREP, Carlos worked for a well-known investment group in New York City, helping drive the acquisitions of Multifamily value-add, and opportunistic development opportunities in the Southeast. Carlos holds a B.A./B.S. in Economics and Finance from Rutgers University.
