Carlo Fortunato

Carlo and his family are established real estate investors who possess multiple properties in the Williamsburg area. Carlo is actively involved in the management of these properties and is responsible for working with tenants, overseeing property management details, and managing numerous commercial and residential construction projects. Apart from his involvement in real estate, Carlo has also demonstrated an active presence in the hospitality industry. He was a partner in a renowned Italian restaurant located in Williamsburg for a period of 13 years. As the Williamsburg area continued to experience gentrification, Carlo identified a need for a sports bar in East Williamsburg and took the initiative to establish Emblem Sports Bar, where he currently serves as a managing partner. With his significant hands-on experience in property management and construction development, Carlo recognized the importance of becoming proficient in real estate sales and rentals.
