Carlie brings over a decade of experience in tenant representation with specific expertise in national expansion for both established and emerging brands. She has represented clients in more than 500 transactions across 40 states and comes highly recommended by individuals in the industry. She is known for her integrity, passion, positive attitude, and creative deal making strategies. Carlie’s relentless drive to advocate for tenants and secure lucrative terms has earned her the trust and respect of her clients and colleagues. Today, she brings that respect, her impressive network, and years of industry experience to Reimagine CRE. Carlie is originally from Fort Worth, TX and holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Business from the University of North Texas. She began her career with Morrow Hill as an Executive Tenant Representative before moving to a national tenant representation company. She was quickly promoted to Senior Vice President. Carlie is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals and has been recognized by D CEO Magazine as a Power Broker since 2018. Carlie currently lives in Louisiana where she enjoys gardening, walking with her dogs, and painting.
