Carlene O'Neil
Carlene O'Neil's extensive corporate business experience has helped her to become a leading office and industrial property specialist.
Ms. O'Neil joined CBRE in 1997 and specializes in investment sales of office, medical, and industrial properties throughout the greater Los Angeles basin. Ms. O'Neil is a charter member of CBRE Investment Properties (formerly known as Private Capital Group), which specializes in investments to and from wealthy individuals throughout the entire country. In her 18 years of investment sales she has sold in excess of 200 properties with an aggregate value exceeding 1.5 billion dollars. Her extensive experience and relationships enable her to advise clients on the most efficient manner to optimize their equity in their properties, whether through a sale, financing or through repositioning the asset. Ms. O'Neil is a member of the Valley Industry and Commerce Association (VICA), the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association (LACRA) and Commercial Real Estate Women, Los Angeles, (CREW). She also serves on the Advisory Board for the Private Client Group of CBRE.
