Carlee Schettino

Carlee began her career at Galaxy Development in the property management department, where her quick learning and collaborative spirit quickly stood out. Her adaptability and strong work ethic opened the door to new roles within the company, including assisting the accounts department with managing rental income, property expenses, and reconciliation statements. Carlee later took over Galaxy’s marketing efforts, launching initiatives such as a new email blast platform and establishing a presence on Crexi—both of which have directly contributed to leasing success. Most recently, she has expanded into leasing available space within the company’s commercial portfolio and is currently developing a new website for Galaxy. A graduate of Keene State College with a degree in Environmental Science, Carlee is known for her ability to take on new challenges with enthusiasm and efficiency. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, spending time with loved ones, and engaging in continuous learning—often through educational content on YouTube. Her team-focused mindset and passion for growth make her a valuable asset to Galaxy Development, with a bright future ahead.
