Carl is currently holding a Texas Brokers License, CCIM designation, BOMA RPA and a Master Air Conditioning Contractors License. Work experience includes jobs at: Cushman & Wakefield, Premisys, North Dallas Bank, Wells Fargo Bank and Century 21 Commercial. Carl has first hand knowledge in every step of commercial real estate ownership from Site location, Development, Hold strategies, Leasing, Acquisitions and Dispositions. In the last two years Carl has closed deals with Mack Trucks, Wells Fargo Bank, Dollar General, Dang Development and was Top Producer in the commercial department of Century 21 Judge Fite last year.
