Carl Panattoni

Carl Panattoni is the Chairman of Panattoni Development Company (PDC), which he founded in 1986. He actively serves on the board for the company’s operations in North America and Europe. Panattoni’s experience encompasses industrial, office, and retail development. Since inception, the company has developed more than 625 million square feet of space. In 2003 Panattoni established its first office outside of the United States and expanded into Canada opening offices in Edmonton and Toronto. Panattoni opened their first European office in Warsaw in 2005 and continued to expand across Europe in 2007 with offices in Czech Republic, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain and Italy. Panattoni was able to enter in the Nordic market with the opening of a new office in Stockholm, Sweden and established an office in India in 2022. In 2024 Panattoni expanded into the Middle East with the opening of an office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Today Panattoni Development Company is recognized as one of the most active commercial developers in North America and Europe.
