Carl is a seasoned industrial real estate broker with over 25 years of experience. He specializes in helping his clients manage the risk out of their supply chain/distribution real estate strategies while ensuring savings are being driven back to their bottom-line. Throughout his career, Carl has successfully guided multi-market industrial occupiers through market analysis, site selection, financial due diligence, lease and sale negotiations, and build-to-suit development. Carl specializes in supply chain, distribution, logistics, truck terminal, manufacturing & IOS (Industrial Outside Storage) real estate strategies for his clients. Carl prides himself on not being a “traditional” broker, but on becoming a true and trusted partner with his clients. He treats every day as an opportunity to invest in developing and creating lasting relationships that add value to his clients. Prior to joining OnPace™, Carl held Senior Vice President roles with The Raney Companies and CBRE, which have enriched his expertise and elevated the services he provides to his clients. Carl is a proud graduate of the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia, where he received a B.B.A in Real Estate.
