
Carl Brendes specializes in the sale of single-tenant net lease properties nationwide with an emphasis on capturing the 1031 tax exchange market. Since joining Berkeley in 2015, Carl has been actively involved in the closing of more than 900 transactions, totaling over $3 billion in sales volume. Prior to Berkeley, Carl worked in commercial real estate analytics and marketing after earning a Finance degree from East Carolina University. Originally from Northern Virginia, he now calls Charlotte, NC, home. Outside of the office, Carl is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife, Hayley.
