Carl Brendes

Carl Brendes joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2015 and specializes in the sale and underwriting of single tenant properties throughout the southeast. Prior to joining BCA, Carl worked for CoStar Group where he specialized in the sale and training process of commercial real estate analytics and marketing services to brokers, owners, developers and investors in the industry. In 2013, he received his B.S. in Finance from East Carolina University.
