Cape Bell

Cape Bell is a First Vice President in the Houston office of CBRE. Mr. Bell specializes in tenant and buyer representation for clients who have office and industrial leasing requirements, as well as the acquisition of investment real estate. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Bell was an associate with Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Bell was an intern for the Staubach Company where he researched client data and compiled and maintained market information. He actively volunteers in the West University Little League and Southwest Football League.
