Candice Sandman
As part of the Newport Living Group, Candice is an award-winning multi-million-dollar producer with a proven track record in sales and rentals and she prides herself in exceeding the expectations of her clients. She is proud to be the elected Newport County chair of Compass Cares, focusing on supporting local charities through both donation and service. Candice is an avid runner and gym goer. She loves tennis and paddle boarding and can be found at the beach or on the water when a free moment arises. Raising two children on Aquidneck Island and living on Historic Hill provides Candice with a unique perspective of the local market that she extends to her clients. Candice is licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts and holds the Real Estate designations of Military Relocation Specialist (MRP), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and e-PRO® which is advanced training in using the latest technology and social media to promote properties or assisting clients in finding their next home.
