Candace Thurmond

Candace Thurmond is a member of the San Francisco Urban Retail team, which focuses on representation and consulting for best-in class landlords and tenants. On the tenant side, they weave together thoughtful strategy and expert execution. On the landlord side, they are known for their exceptional consulting work for assets in need of repositioning or initial positioning, particularly large-scale properties. Prior to joining the team, Candace was an integral part of the retail team led by Chris Campbell, one of the most dominant teams in Northern California. With Laura (Sagues) Barr’s guidance, Candace focuses her efforts on observing market trends and patterns essential to consumer trends, tenant expansion and tenant sourcing. Candace is also heavily involved in day-to-day strategy execution. She is also passionate about retail and its impact on the built environment generally, and individual communities specifically.
