Candace Lounsbury

As a Vice President at JLL’s Portland office, Candace specializes in integrated tenant representation and comprehensive occupier services. Taking a strategic advisory approach, she works with clients to locate and assess spaces that fit current and future business needs. Her strengths are in clear analysis, creative problem solving, and comprehensive strategy, allowing her to find individualized solutions that help clients achieve their ambitions. Prior to joining JLL, Candace worked in development, public relations and marketing in the non-profit sector. She previously spent 15 years as a professional dancer with Oregon Ballet Theatre, simultaneously serving on the Board of Directors for 5 of those years and leading marketing efforts during a post-recession period of transition. Candace is a licensed real estate broker in Oregon and Washington.
