As Managing Director of ICO Commercial's Dallas office, Cameron Tapley focuses on portfolio management, strategic planning, acquisition/disposition consulting and lease negotiations for his national clients. He has successfully represented clients both locally and nationally during his 38 year career in commercial real estate and has been recognized as a top producers among his peers and D Magazine. He is known for his tenacity and creative thinking. Additionally, his extensive knowledge of the lease documentation process assists in bringing opposing attorneys together when documenting complexed transactions. He was recognized by the Dallas Morning News for his negotiations of a lease allowing for a vacant furniture store to be converted into a "state of the art" two-story office facility for a national law firm for its foreclosure processing division. Cameron is an active member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. Cameron lives in the DFW area with his wife and has four children. He has been actively involved in the communities where he lives volunteering his time as a coach working with kids from 4 to 14 years old for community sport teams in almost every sport.
