Cameron’s career in real estate was born out of a dissatisfaction with the practice of law. He realized he had a stronger passion for helping people in real estate transactions than in court. But he still considers himself a “recovering” attorney. He still puts that legal background to work for his clients and is agents when he needs to. It’s a value add you can’t find with brokers who don’t have that to offer. It’s been helpful for clients in both traditional transactions and those that can be described as unique. Combine Cameron’s legal knowledge with his experience as a broker, investor, and property manager, and you have someone who can help clients in virtually any type of real estate need or situation. Every day, he puts that experience to work to make sure he’s doing the best work he can for everyone he works with and everyone who works with him – even if it means sometimes advising clients to go against what may seem like the common wisdom. Cameron co-founded Abio Properties because he believes that the traditional real estate brokerage model could be better. A more open and collaborative approach to real estate creates a more satisfying client and agent relationships and more successful transactions for everyone involved. People who work with him are going to get the truth and someone who will work hard to get the best possible outcome.
