Cameron Pittman

Cameron is a Senior Director in the Portland office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. With approximately 20 years of institutional real estate and investment banking experience, he is a member of the firm’s National Retail Capital Markets team. Throughout his career, Cameron has contributed to the origination and successful execution of over $5.3 billion of retail, office and multi-family investment sales transactions, financings and advisory assignments. Cameron has contributed to over $4.3 billion in retail transactions in 41 states. Prior to joining JLL, Cameron held positions at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors, Cabot Investment Properties, UBS and Credit Suisse. During his tenure at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors, Cameron worked with senior management on the firm’s national retail platform, successfully executing 10 regional and super-regional malls in 2013 alone. As an Associate at Cabot Investment Properties, Cameron worked on the acquisition and asset management of the firm’s more than 5 million square feet portfolio. At UBS and Credit Suisse, Cameron worked as a Deal Manager in fixed-income investment banking and as a Structuring Associate on MBS securitizations. He successfully executed more than $50 billion of whole loan purchases, private label and corporate securitizations.
