Cameron Graham

A Fresno County native, Cameron has deep roots in the Central Valley of California. While receiving his degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from California State University, Fresno Cameron started working in Low Income Housing Tax Credit Appraisals at Colliers International. The experience at Colliers convinced Cameron that real estate was going to be his life. Cameron left Colliers to work for a medium scale commercial real estate developer in Fresno, CA working his way up to Finance Manager overseeing the loans, cashflow, and management of the properties. During the four years in commercial real estate development Cameron honed his skills of negotiating with tenants, managing properties, and building robust acquisition proformas. Wanting to further his real estate expertise Cameron received his broker’s license and left to work for Gentile Real Estate a boutique luxury residential firm. It took going to a residential firm for Cameron to fully recognize his passion for commercial real estate. He took it upon himself to start a commercial real estate branch, Gentile Commercial. Spending three years at Gentile Commercial Cameron gained insight into his entrepreneurial spirit to launch his own company Clovis Capital Partners, Inc. Cameron brings a unique perspective to the table, having worked in all aspects of real estate and providing his clients with the most comprehensive knowledge when it comes to making decisions. Cameron also possesses a rare understanding of both his landlord’s and tenant’s visions, as well as the ability to produce high-quality results in a timely manner.
