Cam is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance. Responsibilities include market research, site selection, acquisition, development, tenant relations and portfolio management. Cam is a co-founder of the company. His affiliations include Boy Scout Troop 336, Scoutmaster and Eagle Scout.
