With over 35 years of brokerage experience, Cameron specializes in landlord representation in Los Angeles and Orange counties. During his tenure, Cameron has leased and sold over 3 million square feet of ground-up development of all retail product types. While at Epsteen & Associates, Cameron's listings have expanded to include urban based product such as street retail buildings as well as retail shops in multi-family developments. With landlord representation ranging from ground up development of power centers to re-merchandising of lifestyle centers, Cameron is well versed with all types of shopping center product. Covering a broad spectrum of transactional experience, Cameron has been involved with land sales to national anchors (Wal*Mart, Home Depot), build-to-suits for in line box retailers (Ralphs, Bed Bath & Beyond, Staples), out parcel ground leases (Chevron, McDonalds, Chase Bank) to shop leases (Chipotle, Starbucks, Sally Beauty, Supercuts). Representing nationally based REITs to individual building owners, Cameron brings an in depth business background to a personal level to suit his clients’ needs. A native Southern Californian, Cameron is a graduate of USC, a member of ICSC, and volunteers time with Big Brothers and SPIN charity organizations.
