Cameron Benz

Cameron Benz is a Senior Vice President with CBRE's Indianapolis-based Multifamily team and has personally been involved in the sale of over 43,000 apartment units with a total consideration in excess of $5.1 Billion. Cameron has become the local expert for Build-To-Rent (BTR) Communities—full single family home neighborhoods for rent. A popular trend in the south, BTR has just recently become widely known in the Midwest. Cameron recently completed Indiana's first BTR transaction and has more deals listed, under contract or in the works. Prior to CBRE, Cameron was employed with Cushman & Wakefield where he was one of the youngest Directors after a rapid career progression, starting as an analyst with Tikijian Associates (later acquired by Cushman & Wakefield) after graduating from Indiana University in 2018. Cameron is involved with the Goodwill Young Leaders Board and is a member of the Penrod Society, a prestigious organization that focuses on the cultivation and development of public interest in and support of those arts, cultural and educational institutions.
