Cameron Barbas
Cameron S. Barbas specializes in the sale of multifamily assets across Central, Southwest and North Florida. Since closing his first transaction in 2014, has closed over $1 billion in multifamily assets. Prior to this role, Mr. Barbas excelled as a Senior Investment Associate with Carriera Regan of Tampa Bay – a national multifamily advisory group of Marcus & Millichap and its institutional property division, Institutional Property Advisors. While at Marcus & Millichap he was awarded the Rising Star award in 2015 along with multiple Sales Recognition and National Achievement awards. In 2018, the team joined CBRE Capital Markets. He has been promoted several times since joining CBRE and was a top 20% producer at CBRE in 2021 for all asset classes. As a fifth generation Tampa native, Mr. Barbas’ passion is to attract global investors who will continue to push and benefit the Tampa MSA’s local market, city, and economy.
