Camden Chadd

Camden Chadd, Leasing and Sales Associate, joined Veritas Realty in 2022 specializing in third-party brokerage services for retail properties throughout the state of Indiana. Camden started his real estate career at Echo Retail, where his primary role was assisting senior brokers in tenant representation. During his time at Echo Retail, Camden gained valuable experience in store roll-out for major retailers and restaurants. He serves as a vital component to many retailers, restaurants, and medical providers for his insight into market knowledge, site selection, and negotiations. In addition to tenant representation, Camden works with various landlords and developers on the leasing, development, acquisition, and disposition of retail assets. Camden utilizes sales and cold-calling techniques to fill vacancies for his landlord clients that he mastered while working for CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRWD). Camden is a graduate of Wabash College with degrees in Business and History. He was a member of the Wabash basketball team and also founded an apparel company, both great examples of his drive and work ethic. Camden is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), ChainLinks Retail Advisors, and Real Estate Ascending Leaders (REAL). In his free time, Camden enjoys running and reading.
