Cam joined CBRE in 2014 and has established a highly personable and professional reputation, building relationships with local and national owners and users in the Winnipeg market. From 2018-2021, Cam took an opportunity to manage over 3.6M square feet of industrial properties for a publicly traded institutional REIT and private development firm, respectively, gaining extensive knowledge on the landlord, development and property management side of the business. Cam returned to brokerage with the rare ability of providing his clients with educated services from both sides of the business. Focusing on acquisitions, dispositions and leasing of industrial properties, Cam approaches every transaction as an opportunity to provide a competitive advantage to his clients. Prior to beginning his brokerage career, Cam was a player and coach at an elite level in Manitoba hockey leagues and completed his diploma in Business Administration at Red River College. Involvement in high-level athletics as both a player and coach has provided Cam with the necessary business and leadership skills to strive in the industry.
