Calvin Wong, CCIM is the co-founder of ENGVEST Commercial Group and WE PARTNERS, an international investment firm. Calvin oversees investment strategy for the firm, focusing on partnerships with investors in Asia and Europe, and managing family office. He has created several successful partnerships in commercial real estate investments. He has over 15 years of industry experience and has been involved in over $800 million in transactions. Prior to ENGVEST, Calvin worked at Goldman Sachs, where he gained valuable commercial real estate experience in underwriting, research, acquisitions and investment banking. His past experience includes investment banking, Oil & Gas, Mergers and Acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. Calvin is a licensed Texas real estate broker. He has helped many companies expand into the thriving Dallas market; assisting franchisees, business owners and investors with their buying and leasing commercial real estate needs. Calvin specializes in Retail, Industrial and Land. He earned his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 2010. It is a gold standard in the Commercial Real Estate industry. He is past President for North Texas CCIM Chapter, one of the largest chapter, leading 600 members.
