Calvin will continue to specialize in advising on the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties nationwide, on behalf of developers, publicly traded institutions and high net-worth individuals. With twelve years of experience, Calvin has been involved in more than 2,100 transactions with $6 billion in sales volume and has been recognized as one of the premier investment brokers in the country by multiple national publications. Prior to joining SRS, Calvin was a partner at Berkeley Capital Advisors where he led the West Coast capital markets group, made up of over 10 brokers with a hyper-focus on institutional quality retail assets. Prior to Berkeley, Calvin served as senior vice president at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services where he was consistently ranked within Matthews’ top five producing agents.
