Calvin Shih

Calvin started his real estate career managing an apartment complex while still a student at University of California, Berkeley. He has worked in the real estate industry as a leasing agent, residential appraiser, commercial appraiser, investor, marketing coordinator and research analyst. Before starting his career in brokerage, he was the Senior Analyst on The Glass Advisory Group. He has helped underwrite, market, and execute several multi-million dollar portfolios and sale-leaseback transactions nationwide. Calvin graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Environmental Science and a double minor in Asian American Studies and Mandarin Chinese.
