Calvin Rouse

Calvin serves as a General Manager, supporting Rouse Realty Advisors. Calvin is responsible for the day to day production of property marketing announcements, flyers, advertising, market research, lease transaction coordination, and various administrative activities associated with this role. Calvin began his real estate career with CBRE Limited in 2015, as a Client Services Assistant. This role required a multitude of skills. Calvin’s duties included the production of marketing materials, proposals, research documentation, data collection and management, preparation of presentations, as well as assisting individual clients. Calvin completed the Business Foundations program at Conestoga college. He is currently pursuing the required coursework to become a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative.
