Calvin Lee

Calvin began his career with Marcus & Millichap in 1995 where he specialized in investment properties in Los Angeles, California. He later founded Promax Commercial, which LA Business Journal recognized as a top ten Commercial Brokerage Company in Los Angeles. Calvin then pursued his goal of real estate development along with retail franchise business ventures. Calvin rejoined Marcus & Millichap in 2011 immediately took control of the investment real estate market by applying his aggressive marketing style combined with tireless work ethic, intimate market knowledge, and tenacious negotiating and proactive problem solving skills. Calvin has consistently set new sales record figures as a listing agent when representing his clients. He has been praised for his approach of placing the client's best interest above everything, including his own. He has not only earned the respect from clients but from vendors and competing brokers as well. Calvin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
