Having commenced working in the sector post University in 2003, Callum brings a proactive approach, utilising key data to source opportunities, forensically understand the dynamics of any specific market, create competitive tension on lettings and help clients make more informed decisions. Callum works closely with Adam, Gareth and James on re-gears, investment transactions, occupier acquisitions and landlord leasing to deliver top level advice to clients involving retail, restaurants, bars and gym properties.
