Callie Ronkowski
Associate Director
Callie Ronkowski joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2019 and serves as an associate in the firm's Minneapolis office. Ms. Ronkowski works with teams led by Senior Managing Director Brent Erickson and Managing Director Steve Shepherd to provide strategic landlord representation services to clients throughout the Twin Cities area. Prior to NKF, Ms. Ronkowski was an assistant community manager and leasing professional for Greystar at The Lakes Residences, an ultra-luxury apartment home community. While at the multifamily property, Ms. Ronkowski's efforts increased rental rates to the highest in the market area and boosted occupancy above stabilization. She previously served as director of business development at a chiropractic consulting company and as interim associate director of the North Dakota Champions Club at the University of North Dakota Foundation.
