Cali Walden

Cali has been in the real estate business for many years and loves what she does. She works with first-time home buyers, seasoned home buyers, investors, 1031 exchange buyers, commercial buyers, and buyers of vacant land. Cali was born and raised in Ketchikan, Alaska, and she moved to East Tennessee in 1994 at the start of her freshman year of high school. After high school, she married her husband, Chris Walden, who is also her partner in real estate. They have one daughter, who is an amazing young woman. Before Cali became a realtor, she and her husband owned and operated a convenience store for 11 years, and before that, they owned and operated a restaurant in Ten Mile, TN.
