Caleb Noble is a dynamic commercial real estate advisor and broker associate with Portal Realty, specializing in investment strategy, development consulting, and site location for investors and developers of all sizes. Starting with Portal Realty at just 16 as a media specialist & transaction coordinator, Caleb had a rare opportunity to observe significant deal volume long before others his age - adding to his significant expertise he’s now able leverage for each of his clients, in every transaction. Caleb brings an investor first approach to each and every transaction backing into logical, sensible figures rooted by strong local market knowledge, years of commercial transaction experience, and significant CRE focused academia. Balancing academic rigor with real-world deals ensures his clients receive both analytical insight and practical market intelligence. Together, Caleb’s marketing-first mindset, strong academic credentials, and track record of leasing, land, and investment deals make him a capable advisor for tenants, investors, owner-users, and developers navigating the evolving commercial landscape of North Central Florida. Caleb is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) at the University of Florida, building on his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (UF Warrington School of Business).
