Caleb joined illi Commercial Real Estate in 2021 and has since facilitated over $50,000,000 in real estate transaction volume across a wide range of deals. Caleb prides himself on an analytical and collaborative approach to business, which he takes with him into every assignment to ensure that each client’s unique needs are met with care. An active participant in the Southern California real estate community, Caleb regularly attends events as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In 2024 he earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation as well being named illi Commercial Real Estate’s Breakout Associate of the year, each reflecting his deep commitment to excellence and professional development. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Caleb graduated from the University of North Carolina in Winston-Salem and transitioned into the real estate business following a successful career as a lighting technician for film and television. In his personal time, Caleb fuels his competitive spirit and hones his commitment to precision and grit through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
