Caitlin Rink is a retail commercial real estate professional with more than 15 years of experience representing tenants, owners, and investors across multiple U.S. markets. She currently serves as Vice President of Leasing at Pine Tree, where she leads leasing strategy across a national portfolio of open-air retail centers. Since joining the company in 2024, Caitlin has brought a dynamic, relationship-driven approach to connecting brands with high-performing retail environments, leveraging her extensive broker network and national-market expertise to support Pine Tree’s long-term leasing and merchandising objectives. In addition to her role at Pine Tree, Caitlin is the Owner and Managing Broker of Southbound Retail, a Nashville-based advisory practice she founded in 2023. Through Southbound Retail, she provides active tenant representation services to retail, restaurant, entertainment, recreational, and industrial concepts seeking to expand in Nashville and surrounding markets. Her work centers on brand growth, strategic market entry, and dealmaking that aligns with both operator goals and emerging consumer trends. Earlier in her career, Caitlin served as a Commercial Real Estate Broker with Retail West, Inc., where she partnered with emerging and digitally native brands—including Everlane, Allbirds, The Wing, DoorDash, and Sweetgreen—while also advising institutional owners such as Starwood Capital Group, Asana Partners, L3, and Facebook on retail-related acquisitions. Prior to that, she was First Vice President at CBRE, providing retail advisory services across the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Oakland, and Hawaii.
