Based out of PacTrust’s Portland office, Caitlin shares responsibility for the leasing of PacTrust’s Portland area office, industrial and flex projects. As the newest member of PacTrust’s leasing team, Caitlin brings exceptional talent in matching prospective tenants’ needs with availabilities in PacTrust’s well-located and high-quality projects. Caitlin spent four years as an associate broker with CBRE in their Portland office. A native Oregonian, Caitlin graduated from University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Economics. Caitlin is an ardent believer in the long-term growth and economic opportunities for Oregon businesses and is a member of NAIOP and its Developing Leader Board. A lover of the outdoors, Caitlin has section-hiked the Pacific Crest Trail and spends her free time enjoying all that Oregon has to offer by way of its natural beauty.
