Cade joined the NNN Pro Group in 2017 and focuses on representing private investors, owners, family offices, developers, partnerships, and wide-ranging institutions in the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of net lease properties primarily throughout the Southeast. Within the last few years, Cade has transacted on more than $375 million of single and multi-tenant net-leased properties throughout the country. Cade has extensive transactional and analytical experience, navigating complex closings involving structured financing, nuanced development, and build-to-suits. His experience lends itself to many property types including retail, industrial, healthcare, office, and specialty use. Through a keen understanding of the net-lease space, capital markets, and transactional know-how, Cade values being a resource to his clients through all phases of ownership. He has built a track record of value creation for investors and owner/users alike, and consistently executes in a manner addressing the diverse goals of his many relationships, while maximizing value. Prior to working with the NNN Pro Group, Cade has held various brokerage and principal roles across the country where he has been responsible for business development, acquisitions, leasing, debt placement, and fundraising. He graduated from University of Maryland with a degree in Economics. Originally from Southern California, Cade now lives in New York City.
