Byran Fort

Byran Fort joined CBRE in 2018 as a First Vice President specializing in office leasing and investment sales. Byran works closely with his clients during the leasing and sales process to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Byran has successfully transacted over 2,200,000 square feet of lease negotiations and over $300 million in investment sale transactions over his career. His client’s include public REITS, Fortune 100 companies, family offices, and private entities. Byran is a Nashville native and graduated from Samford University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance in 2010. Byran and his wife, Mallory, have 3-year-old triplets and an 8-month old. He currently lives in the 12th South neighborhood in Nashville.
