Butch Miller

J.D. “Butch” Miller has a distinguished career with an extensive background in the sale and leasing of Commercial Real Estate. He has strong knowledge and experience in the industrial specialty area with a focus on providing outstanding service to his clients including landlord and tenant leasing representation and capitals markets expertise representing both buyers and sellers of income producing properties. Upon relocating to the Sarasota area he joined Ian Black Real Estate. Prior to joining Ian Black Real Estate, Butch enjoyed a 38+ year career with CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate service company. During his CBRE career Butch sold and leased industrial properties in three markets to include SE Florida (West Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale), Atlanta Georgia and Raleigh, North Carolina. In the Raleigh office in addition to his brokerage activity he was also the Managing Director where he managed a sales team of 35 brokerage professionals. Butch started his career in residential real estate in Galveston, Texas.s
