As a Managing Director in JLL’s Silicon Valley office, Bryte Bellotti advises her clients on the development and execution of office and R&D lease and investment transactions throughout the Bay Area. Her clients appreciate her knowledge of the market, her loyalty and her thoroughness in the representation process. Prior to Newmark, Bryte worked as an account executive for Box.com, where she was responsible for closing emerging business sales, generating and expanding pipeline for F500 enterprise sales, advising her clients and maintaining customer relationships at the C-level. Since joining the firm in 2014, Bryte has completed over 250 transactions, totaling more than $400M in consideration.
