Bryon Stevenson is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Colorado office, where he partners with CBRE’s Vice Chairman Chris Cowan, focusing on land brokerage for urban infill and suburban land sales for multifamily and mixed-use product types. He works to source development sites for national and local development partners and maximizes land values for sellers. Mr. Stevenson has participated in over 50 land transactions totaling over $100 million. Over his career, he has participated in the sale of land resulting in over 5,000 multifamily units for development. In 2022, Connect CRE recognized Mr. Stevenson as a Next Generation Award winner. He has also been a top-three finalist for Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors’ Top Young Broker of the Year and Top Land Broker of the Year, in 2020 and 2021 respectively.
