Mr. Cinque has been a licensed New Jersey real estate sales person since 1992 and has specialized exclusively in the disposition and acquisition of commercial properties for law firms, healthcare and institutional clients primarily in Northern New Jersey. Clients have included such prestigious firms as Duane Morris, Ashland Corporation, PSE&G, Atlantic Health System; FTI Consulting; CentraState Healthcare System; Herrick Feinstein and many others. Mr. Cinque has consummated in excess of 1,000 transactions valued at over $2 billion. Mr. Cinque has over 25 years of experience in the New Jersey commercial real estate market. He specializes on strategic planning and developing long-term real estate solutions for numerous clients such as Atlantic Health System, PSE&G, Advanced Health Media, etc. Mr. Cinque started his career in commercial real estate with Bender & Company, Inc. in 1992 and has been with the firm since 1996 (formally known as GVA Williams). He is a Colliers Healthcare Fellow.
