
Bryce Ocepek is the Broker and Co-Owner of Coldwell Banker Anabasis Realty. Bryce was awarded his real estate license at just 19 years old and worked for Berkshire Hathaway, Pineywoods Realty, and eventually EquityPro where he sold a combined $15 million dollars of investment real estate including over 100+ units worth of multifamily and 120+ units of self storage real estate all before the age of 23. Born in West Palm Beach and raised in Amelia Island, Bryce is a proud Florida native. Working with his father, Bryce co-founded “Shoot GTR” and eventually helped broker the sale in 2021. The sale of the property/business propelled Bryce’s passion for investment real estate. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University with a focus in Real Estate. Although young, he has brokered over $85 million in sales to date and is the mastermind behind the brokerage operations. Anabasis Realty, LLC was co-founded by US Navy Veteran Mark Ocepek and his son, Real Estate Broker Bryce Ocepek in May of 2022 and grew to 12 independent sales agents before finally franchising with Coldwell Banker in December of 2024. Bryce aims to make Coldwell Banker Anabasis Realty a household name in the Northeast Florida market by providing top-notch client service, a family-oriented work environment, state of the art technology, and proven lead generation systems that will take real estate agents production to the next level. Bryce is an expert at automating technology, creating lead generation systems and back office processes that allow his agents to keep up with the times so they can navigate competitive markets with ease. He is also proficient in excel modeling and helps his agents learn and understand real estate investment analysis and creative financing structures. In addition, Bryce and Mark co-founded Anabasis Real Estate Investment Trust. They currently own and manage over $10 million in real estate assets. Also, they have ownership in a mortgage joint-venture that aims to provide financing for any clients in need of real estate loan products.
