Bryce Gissler

Bryce Gissler is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with more than 28 years of experience across brokerage, finance, development, leasing, accounting, and asset management. As Director of Brokerage Services at Bridge Realty Partners, he brings a comprehensive understanding of the industry and a strategic perspective shaped by both institutional and private-company experience. His career includes roles with Goldman Sachs, where he served as a CMBS Loan Analyst and Underwriter, and G.E. Capital’s Structured Finance division, where he expanded his expertise in complex transactions and creative deal structuring. Bryce also served as an Investment Manager at Behringer Harvard, a Dallas-based REIT, overseeing a diversified portfolio of domestic and international assets across multiple property types. Earlier brokerage roles with Marcus & Millichap and STRIVE further strengthened his investment sales capabilities. His extensive private-sector experience includes a cumulative 18-year tenure with St. Ives Realty, LLC, where he has developed, leased, and sold hundreds of assets throughout the southern U.S. Bryce is a graduate of the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
