Bryce practices as an associate focusing in office, industrial, and marine properties. Bryce began in Commercial Real Estate by obtaining a 2004 Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate as a graduate of The University of Mississippi School of Business Administration. He is a native of Monroe, LA and has been a resident of New Orleans since 2005. Strong in market knowledge, negotiations, and relationships, he provides excellent customer service to clients in acquisitions, sales, and leasing of commercial properties. In the office market Bryce has worked as a tenant representative to place businesses in office space in the New Orleans Central Business District (CBD), the Metairie office market, and the Elmwood office market. Bryce has represented landlords in multi-tenant office buildings throughout the Greater New Orleans market including multi-story property in the Causeway Office Tower Corridor, the West Bank, and a 72,000 square foot office complex in the Jefferson / Elmwood sub-market. In the industrial market Bryce works with Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, and Tenants. Locally, Bryce represents Marrero Land and Improvements Association, Ltd., “Marrero Land,” as their broker of industrial and office properties. Marrero Land has over eighty (80) improved sites and Bryce has had tremendous success is maintaining low vacancies for this client. Bryce also services national companies such as Progressive Waste with whom Bryce services their local industrial real estate needs and has assisted with lease tenant representation as well as with property sales. In the marine market, Bryce has great familiarity and solid relationships with industrial property and business on the Mississippi River in the state of Louisiana. Bryce has worked with clients to provide market research, identify ownership, and assist with Mississippi River property acquisition projects. Bryce represents one of the largest remaining industrial development tracts on the lower Mississippi River through his client Ram Terminals, LLC. Bryce is a Louisiana licensed real estate sales agent and a member of The National Association of Realtors, along with the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR), Commercial Investment Division (CID). Bryce maintains an active role in the NOMAR CID where he serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Bryce was recognized as the 2017 recipient of the CID Rising Star award as well as a recipient of the 2015 CID Education Scholarship. He is a Candidate Member of the CCIM Institute and currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
