Bryce Ashton

Bryce Ashton is an associate vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Working out of the firm’s Orange County office, Bryce and his team represent tenants and buyers delivering top-notch brokerage, construction management, lease auditing and lease administration services to companies and organizations across the nation. Prior to joining the Hughes Marino team, Bryce spent nearly 10 years in sales with his family’s wholesale industrial distribution company located in Southern California. In his various roles with the company, he worked to find solutions for numerous high-profile industrial companies. As a result, Bryce has a deep understanding of the Southern California market and tailors his approach to the unique needs of each tenant with keen attention to detail. Bryce and his wife, Stephanie, currently reside in Newport Beach where they were both born and raised, with their son, Ford, and black English Labrador, Murphy. Bryce and Stephanie are avid skiers and have an equal adoration for the beach. When not in the mountains or at the beach you can find Bryce on a boat, running or taking on home projects with his wife.
